New Giveaway: Hellcat Challenger “Extreme Redeye” Starring “Big Daddy” Don Garlits

Remember the bad-ass Hellcat X, the experimental Dodge Challenger we gave away in 2015? Back then we all thought 805 horsepower was all she wrote.

Now get ready for the long-awaited follow-up to the Hellcat X in the brand-new Hellcat Dream Giveaway starring Big Daddy Don Garlits. The grand-prize is a Dodge muscle car guaranteed to go down in history like the Hemi-powered monsters of the ’60s and ’70s.

Drumroll, please. Meet the 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat “Extreme Redeye.” It’s the hottest muscle car of the year!

This Dodge Challenger boasts the factory Redeye and Widebody packages plus the Extreme Redeye customization package, featuring a 900-horsepower V-8 inspected by Big Daddy Don Garlits. Big Daddy even added his legendary autograph to the Redeye’s dashboard and will personalize it to you if you’re the winner.

You can see the all the items that make this grand-prize Hellcat Extreme Redeye the grand-prize of a lifetime at www.dreamgiveaway.com.

The winner will also be our guest for a very special one-on-one meet-and-greet with Mr. Garlits.

So are you ready to take the Redeye home?

GTO Dream Giveaway: Six Fun Facts on the GTO Judge

If you’re a fan of ’60s muscle, look no further than our newest GTO Dream Giveaway. The grand-prize is a concours-restored 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge with a throaty V-8 engine, four-speed transmission and Positraction.

Here are six fun facts about the Judge.

  1. The original intent of the Judge was to combat the low-price muscle cars like the Plymouth Road Runner.
  2. The Judge was named after a comedy skit on the popular weekly TV comedy show, “Laugh In.”
  3. Pontiac purposefully sought out drag racers to own the earliest Judges.
  4. Pontiac considered giving each Judge owner an extra engine for free in case they blew up the first one on the drag strip.
  5. Eighty percent of 1969 Judges were painted Carousel Red from the factory.
  6. The Judge is one of the most valuable muscle cars of the 1960s. Last year, Hagerty cited the average value of a #3 condition Judge at $130,000. (The grand-prize Judge is in much better condition than that.)

Here’s another fun fact. When you enter and win the grand-prize GTO Judge we’ll also pay $20,000 toward the taxes so you don’t have to.

  Charity Spotlight: Bright Pink

When you enter a Dream Giveaway with your generous donation, a portion of the proceeds benefit Bright Pink—a national breast and ovarian health organization.

When Bright Pink was founded in 2007, there were virtually no resources available for women with strong genetic or family histories of breast and ovarian cancer who wanted to be proactive about preventing a diagnosis. What started as a website and support network for high-risk women transformed into a national organization focused on meeting young women where they are—online, at their doctor’s office, at school, in their workplace, and in their communities—with the actionable information they need to understand their risk and take appropriate action to reduce their risk.

In the 12 years since Bright Pink’s founding, the organization’s efforts have helped to shift the national conversation around breast and ovarian cancer from one focused on awareness and treatment to one focused on action and prevention. They have enabled over 1.2 million women to assess their risk for breast and ovarian cancer and identified over 400,000 women at elevated risk. Their goal is to become the most trusted resource for the understanding of breast and ovarian cancer risk. With a focus on health rather than cancer, Bright Pink inspires women to make behavior changes that can greatly improve their lives. For example, they have helped over 30,000 women participate in breast self-awareness through their mobile-health reminders.

Bright Pink is planning much more. In 2018 the charity won the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois Health Equity Innovation Challenge. They will use the grant to pilot the use of our Assess Your Risk Tool with health-plan members. Stay tuned for more progress from Bright Pink thanks to your generous support!

 Partner Spotlight: Odyssey Car Batteries

Every day should get off to a great start, right? That’s why Dream Giveaway Garage trusts Odyssey Batteries for our grand-prize vehicles. When you take home a grand-prize car, you’ll have a great start, too, thanks to the day-in and day-out reliability of an Odyssey battery.

If you don’t yet have an Odyssey battery in your personal vehicles, now is a great time to make the changeover. No matter where your journey takes you, the Odyssey Battery has the power and endurance to get you there and back! It’s the one battery built with Pure Guts!

Odyssey Batteries outperform and outlast conventional batteries with up to twice the cranking power and up to three times longer life. That’s because Odyssey batteries use advanced Thin Plate Pure Lead Technology, or TPPL, making the plates much thinner so that each battery contains more plates per cell. In fact, Odyssey Batteries have up to 18-percent more plate surface than conventional or spiral wound batteries. More plates equals more power leading to more life.

The dry cell Absorbed Glass Mat design of Odyssey batteries delivers virtually maintenance-free performance while providing extreme vibration resistance. It rolls with the curves and cushions the shocks or blows of any challenge without worry.

In addition, Odyssey batteries are sealed and never require watering. They can be mounted in any position – except inverted – to fit in tight spaces or within unconventional applications.

Odyssey batteries feature a three- to 10-year service life and two-year storage life at 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius). They are vibration resistant, classified as “non-spillable” by the U.S. Department of Transportation and include a limited two- to four-year full replacement warranty.

Take our word for it. Don’t go on your next odyssey without an Odyssey battery. Connect with Odyssey Battery on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. For more details, including free shipping on orders over $50, visit www.odysseybattery.com. Please tell them that you heard about them in Dream Giveaway’s Shiftin’ Gears.

  Winner Spotlight: Mustang Dream Giveaway®

Here is some good advice for future winners of Dream Giveaways. When we tell you you’ve won, you’ve really won.

That’s the story behind the winner’s call for the two Mustang Bullitts in the recent Mustang Dream Giveaway.

No matter how hard we tried, the winner thought we were pulling his leg.

“I honestly thought it was a prank call,” winner Jeff Simpson of New Jersey told us. Luckily his wife spotted his name front and center on the Dream Giveaway website and it all became very real.

We flew the Golden State gearhead to Clearwater, Florida, on May 3 to return home with both Mustangs. That will make four wild ponies in his stable as he already has an ’89 Mustang GT and a late-model Mustang in the garage.

Although the Mustang Bullitts now have a new home, Ford fans, we have you covered. Dream Giveaway Garage has a fully restored 1972 Bronco in the works for this summer and our current Focus RS Dream Giveaway is your chance to bring home a 450hp American-designed adrenaline machine.

So head on over to DreamGiveaway.com and grab your entries to your favorite giveaways. We’d love to meet you here in Clearwater, Florida and hand you the keys to a grand-prize. Just please believe us when we call you and tell you that you’ve won!
